The Flex series trailed TMR mixer is designed for farms that need a compact, tractor-pulled feeding solution for narrow barns, smaller feeding routes, and daily ration preparation. With capacities from 6 to 12 m³, or 211.89 to 423.78 ft³, this single-auger setup helps farms mix roughage, concentrates, and additives efficiently while keeping power demand and operating costs under control.
Its vertical auger structure lifts and blends feed materials quickly, supporting uniform ration preparation with less damage to feed fiber. The rear protective guard and integrated lighting support safer operation during day and night work, while the front cross conveyor and central rear discharge door can be configured for different feeding layouts.

Independent Hydraulic System
- Tractor-Friendly Operation: The built-in hydraulic oil tank and pump station allow the mixer to operate without relying on the tractor’s hydraulic output. This makes the system easier to match with standard tractors, avoids hydraulic oil cross-contamination, and keeps the discharge door and conveyor movements smooth.
- Power for Cutting and Cleaning: The two-speed gearbox supports both heavy cutting and fast cleanout, helping farms handle dense forage while reducing feed residue after each batch.
Robust Chassis & Weighing
- Stronger Load Support: The thickened one-piece welded frame provides higher structural strength than simple welded frames. Its load-bearing capacity is increased by 30%, helping the unit remain stable and resistant to deformation under full-load movement.
- Reliable Weight Control: Dinamica Generale (DG) or Digi-Star weighing systems can be integrated with 3 to 4 high-precision load cells placed at key stress points. This helps display feed weight accurately, even on uneven ground or rough farm roads.
Cutting & Discharge
- Direct Bale Processing: Tungsten carbide alloy knives are arranged on the auger blades to cut hay bales and silage blocks without pre-cutting, saving preparation time and reducing extra handling.
- Flexible Feed Delivery: Multiple discharge options are available, including front or rear left/right side doors and hydraulic lifting conveyors. This helps farms deliver feed to bunks at different heights and adapt the feeding process to different barn layouts.
