Truck-Mounted TMR Mixer
The TRK series TMR mixer is designed for large farms and regional feeding centers that need to combine feed mixing and long-distance delivery in one efficient workflow. By mounting the mixing tub directly onto a heavy-duty truck chassis, the system can handle material loading from the silage area, on-site TMR preparation, transport, and feed distribution to barns without relying on separate transfer equipment.
This configuration helps farms solve the common gap between centralized feed processing and long feeding distances. It supports faster delivery, reduces repeated handling, and keeps mixed rations ready for direct distribution across large farm areas.
- Capacity range: 12–30 m³, with twin-auger or triple-auger structure
- Drive options: independent auxiliary engine, such as Cummins or Weichai, or chassis PTO

- Safer In-Cab Operation: All major functions can be controlled from inside the driver’s cab. With HD rear-view and monitoring cameras, the operator can check feed mixing inside the tub and discharge outlet status in real time, reducing the need to get in and out of the cab during operation.
- More Accurate Ingredient Control: Weighing data can be transmitted directly to the in-cab display, helping the operator control the addition of each feed ingredient with greater accuracy and manage ration preparation more efficiently.

- Stable Mixing Power: For higher-end configurations, a high-power auxiliary engine such as Cummins or Weichai can be installed. Whether the truck is idling or moving, the mixing system can maintain the required operating speed, reducing the risk of blockage and supporting better fuel efficiency.
- Easier Maintenance: The auxiliary power unit is separated from the truck chassis, making service and maintenance more convenient while reducing interference between the chassis system and the mixing system.

- Built for Intensive Daily Use: The vertical auger design uses adjustable wear plates on the blade edges, while key wear areas are reinforced with 20 mm NM400 steel. This structure supports long service life and stable mixing performance, even when the system operates for more than 10 hours per day.
What truly sets us apart is our focus on practical innovation and real-world reliability. At UHAND, we own and operate a 15.33-hectare (38-acre) commercial dairy farm with approximately 3,000 cattle. This farm serves as our dedicated testing platform, where every piece of our farm equipment is deployed and rigorously proven for daily operations in a live farm environment.
