- Strong Mechanical Drive
A transfer case and dual drive shaft structure distribute engine power to the front and rear axles at a 1:1 ratio. This provides consistent torque output, stronger traction, and better passability on wet, slippery, or manure-covered surfaces. - Flexible Steering Modes
Coordinated steering and rear axle lock modes help operators adapt to different working spaces. Coordinated steering allows synchronized front and rear axle movement for diagonal positioning in narrow passages, while rear axle lock restores front-wheel steering for open areas. Mode switching can be controlled through the LCD display, improving maneuverability and ease of operation.
Efficient Feeding Technology
Faster Manure Transfer: A large-capacity hopper and chassis-integrated collection system increase the amount of material handled in each pass. Dual augers inside the auger chamber accelerate manure transfer into the tank, helping improve overall cleaning speed.
Adaptive Terrain Adjustment
Cleaner Ground Contact: The collection head can automatically adjust its angle to stay close to the ground. As the tank becomes heavier during collection, the system adapts to changes in vehicle height, helping reduce missed areas and improve performance across different surfaces.
Ground Protection Buffering
Reduced Floor Damage: Strong springs are installed on the collection head slide rail to cushion downward pressure. Adjustable spring tension nuts allow operators to control pressure more precisely, helping reduce scraping, floor wear, and surface damage during cleaning.
